Bike rides! We are so glad that Gracie is big enough this summer to go on bike rides with us! Here are she and Evie getting ready to go out with Dad for their first spin of the year. Note the helmet. Nathan was wearing one so Evie was sure she needed to borrow mine for the ride. Clearly she is more Mortier in this area than Walker!!! ;)

They're off!
We had a play date or two with our good friend Adeline before she and her family moved to Richmond. We're glad that they're still not too far away. Addie and Gracie thought each other were pretty great.
Like I said, we've had some VERY warm days so of course we headed to the beach!! Thanks, Danielle and Amy, for being up for a last minute beach day!

Busch Gardens opened end of March and it has already been a highlight. :)
Home Depot has kids days one Saturday a month. In April Evie got to make a bird house! She started out with some help from Dad,
but quickly moved on to doing it "all by myself" :)
Not sure why she picked to do it all traffic cone orange when there were pinks, purples, greens, blues and browns to also pick from. I think because the girl across the table also picked orange. ;) We have a traffic cone bird feeder hanging from our tree now though! :)
Lastly, while we mostly had gorgeous weather, we also had a random snow storm!! Nathan and the girls were out running errands. When they walked out of a store Evie was so enthralled, "Daddy, Look!!! There is snow EVERYWHERE!" However, in her excitement over the snow she forgot to look where she was going and she completely wiped out. Poor baby got all bundled up to dry off and warm up when she got home. Then she and Gracie watched the snow from the safety of our kitchen. :)
