CW Photoshoot II

Before we knew Jamie could help us take some pictures Nathan and I ventured out one Sunday evening to get some of the girls. Again, this was August so you'll find Evie's ice cream cone in many of them. ;) Also, there *are* other places in Wburg to take pictures, but CW offers so much, I find that I'm not very good at branching out! I've sorted and combined in collages in an attempt to not overwhelm you. ;)
Someone walking by took this one of our family - bummed about the exposure, but oh well. I guess it's sorta artsy. :)

Summer Photo Shoots

We realized that while we have lots of snapshot pictures of the girls, we didn't have any good ones of them together (that's a bit tough to do, believe it or not ;)) and not a lot of good ones individually. Iphones are great, but they still can't replace a good camera. :) Jaime, one of my youth group girls, agreed to take some of the Evelyn and Grace and she did a great job, especially when you consider their mood on this particular morning. ;) And yes, the ice cream cone was an essential part of Evie's wardrobe for a few days in August, thus it's in most of Jamie's pictures and many of ours. ;) Here are a few of my favs that she took around CW. Thanks, Jamie, you're the best!!!

Cousin Time!

Last month we got to see ALL my family between us making a trip up to Pennsylvania other coming down here from Ohio. We hadn't seen everyone since Easter so it was great to catch up and spend time together. First was our trip up to Lancaster. We used to go up to visit Chris and Kate, now it's to visit Lana and Drew... oh and Aunt Katie, Aunt Kate, and Uncle Chris too. ;) Alana and Evelyn had a great time playing dress up - I very rarely saw them in their regular clothes, and all the kids had a great time in Chris and Kate's great basement, exploring the pet store, playing on the play ground and going to Aunt Katie's.

It ended up raining part of the time we were there so we went to the pet store to explore. The kids loved it!

And then the mall... the Apple store and arcade were the biggest hits for the kids. ;)
