March Madness, Part 3: Williamsburg

Over Johns Hopkins spring break Kjerstin, Nick and Bridget came down for a quick visit. It was sooo good to see them again. :) Kjerstin, Bridget, Evie and I had good girl time during the days, Nick studied while Nathan was at work and then we all hung out together in the evening. Kjerstin and Nick stayed at what they thought was going to be a dumpy hotel room, but it turned out it was a nice time share resort suite! I'd recommend it to future visitors. :)
Kjerstin had never been to Colonial Williamsburg so we headed there first thing. Bridget loved all the animals, pretty hats and streams to throw rocks into. :)
After CW and lunch (we all nearly fainted from hunger) we stopped by Yankee Candle. The babies' favorites were the fountain and giant stuffed animals!
Bridget was so sure of the princess photo op...

Can't you tell that they're best friends already?? :)
I've been wanting to go to a park with Evelyn, but it feels funny with just a 4 1/2 month old who doesn't do much at parks yet. It was fun to go and watch Bridget run around and play in the dirt. Next year they both will be crazy girls!

Evie did get to try a few things this time though! She seemed slightly skeptical of both. :) Oh well, soon enough Kidsburg will be one of our fav places!
We're so glad the Kauffmans could come and visit and hope they come again soon!!! Or maybe we'll just head up to Baltimore one of these days. :) And next time Kjer and I will have to get a picture together!!
