Jammin' with Dad

So Evelyn really loves music. If she gets fussy if you sing to her or play music she almost always calms right down. She is particularly a fan of live music. She likes it when I play piano and really likes it when Nathan plays guitar. The musical gene skipped me and my musical talent is quite limited so I hope she takes after her father and Aunt Katie, Aunt Emily and Aunt Caroline!
The other night Nathan was practicing for church and Evie loved it! Here they are enjoying hanging out - she loved sitting in her boppy listening to the music.


Eventually it put her to sleep. Not sure if the hand over her ear means it was too loud or not... ;)

You probably noticed the pacifier - Evie is not sure what she thinks about it (and neither am I ;)) but she does occasionally like it and it does sometimes help her calm down when she gets really tired.
When Daddy is at work Evelyn has to satisfy herself with ipod music. Here she is in her bouncy seat enjoying some Christmas carols. You can't see her mouth but you can tell by her eyes that she's smiling. :)
